Based on their technical domain expertise, the Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing, technically documenting, and delivering to Operations teams—either partially or fully—the components of the implemented technical solution, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery. Your key responsibilities include: * Technically reviewing the technical solution presented during the Pre-sales to Projects handover process, within their area of expertise. * Managing and executing the technical implementation of the solution; generating technical documentation for production delivery. You’ll excel in this role if you meet the following criteria: o At least 3 years of experience in IT areas, including at least 2 years as an IT Solutions Implementer. o Experience implementing IT projects within their area of specialization. o Proficiency with tools, technologies, and methodologies required to implement IT solutions.
