Responsible for comprehensive management of labor relations under the contract, including prevention and resolution of individual and collective conflicts, mediation, collective bargaining, and union relations. Promotes constructive dialogue between parties, manages formal grievances and complaints, and ensures compliance with current labor regulations. This position requires 100% on-site work and a 4x3 Day shift system. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for comprehensive management of labor relations under the contract * Including prevention and resolution of individual and collective conflicts * Collective bargaining and union relations * Promotes constructive dialogue between parties, manages formal grievances and complaints, and ensures compliance with current labor regulations * Monitors implementation of agreed outcomes and evaluates the economic impact of negotiations, contributing to a stable and productive site working environment **Requirements:** * Education: Commercial Engineer; Industrial Civil Engineer; Business Administration Engineer; HR Technician. * Knowledge / Certifications: Advanced knowledge of labor relations. * Experience: Minimum 6 years of general and specific experience. * Availability to work 100% on-site at Caserones Mine, Atacama Region, under a 4x3 Day shift system. **What Do We Offer?** Opportunity to be part of a growing multinational organization.
