The objective is to ensure timely, reliable, and strategic visibility of business metrics for branches, central departments, and bank management levels. Main Responsibilities Create and maintain reports in Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud). Develop and update commercial dashboards for branches and central departments. Gather basic information requirements from internal users. Validate data quality and consistency used in reports. Support automation of business metrics. Generate managerial reports for decision-making. Coordinate with technology departments regarding incidents or improvements. Requirements **✔ Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field. ✔ At least 1 year of professional experience. ✔ Experience with Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud. ✔ Experience creating reports and dashboards. ✔ Basic knowledge of data analysis. ✔ Intermediate Excel proficiency (preferred). ✔ Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred.
