Supervise the assigned processes and resources (human and technical), and execute the operational functionalities in order to achieve the expected results in productivity, service level (NDS), accident prevention, shrinkage control, and costs, thus contributing to meeting the operational objectives defined by the organization. What will you have to do? Supervise and control the transportation and delivery of cargo to each external provider in the operation. Supervise daily operations at all stages: route departure, pending load, etc. Monitor compliance with key KPIs by controlling route departures, monitoring productivity, service levels (NDS), and coordinating returns. Resolve requests regarding service issues or contingencies from both internal and external customers. Carry out activities and train staff on company policies, protocols, procedures, and workflows, considering the importance of resource utilization. Propose and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of cargo arrival, cargo routing, storage, distribution, and transportation processes. Identify and standardize cargo storage and distribution processes, detect inefficiencies, and propose improvements. May be substituted by proven experience in Logistics and Distribution. 2 or more years of experience in the role. Intermediate level in Ms Office. Desirable experience in continuous improvement.
