Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:30; Friday until 16:00. 3\. Workplace: Las Condes (near Manquehue metro station). 4\. Responsibilities: 1\. Administrative Management. * Manage and maintain physical and digital files. * Assist in drafting documents and reports. * Handle correspondence and departmental documentation. 2\. Coordination and Scheduling * Organize and coordinate managers’ or team schedules. * Manage meetings (invitations, rooms, materials). 3\. Operational Support * Assist in preparing reports. * Perform daily administrative tasks for the department. * Track processes or requests. 4\. Logistics and Support * Coordinate office supplies and basic requirements. * Assist in organizing meetings, events, or training sessions. * Manage simple services or suppliers. 5\. Requirements: * Technical studies in Human Resources or Administration. * Up to 2–3 years of experience. 6\. Contract under Temporary Services regime.
