Definition and assurance of software quality standards ### **Purpose of the Role** The Senior Tech Lead will be responsible for the technical and operational leadership of a development cell, ensuring the design, implementation, and evolution of scalable, secure, and business-needs-aligned technological solutions. They must serve as the team’s technical reference point, guiding development standards, promoting best practices, and ensuring product quality and operational continuity. ### **Main Responsibilities** **Technical and Team Leadership** * Lead the cell in designing, implementing, and evolving technological solutions. * Mentor SSR developers and foster professional growth through 1:1 sessions, continuous feedback, and technical coaching. * Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and define and track technical standards. * Communicate solution progress, risks, and impacts to stakeholders. **Technical Definition and Quality** * Define software quality standards (Clean Code, design patterns, performance, testing). * Ensure adequate test coverage: unit, integration, contract, and performance tests. * Validate architectural decisions, Definition of Done, and code review criteria. **Development Lifecycle and CI/CD** * Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation, quality gates, and rollback mechanisms. * Establish consistent and secure release management practices. **Operations, Observability, and Support** * Ensure stable product operations via monitoring, logging, APM, and performance metrics. * Manage incidents, coordinate root cause analysis (RCA), and propose preventive measures. **Product Management and Business Alignment** * Ensure the backlog is executable and aligned with strategic objectives. * Guide technical implementation and unblock the team when impediments arise. * Clearly communicate impact, risks, and delivered value. ### **Required Technical Skills** * Technical leadership within development cells. * Design and implementation of scalable and maintainable solutions. * Deep expertise in best practices: Clean Code, design patterns, performance, and testing. * Solid experience with CI/CD, pipelines, automation, quality gates, and rollback. * Advanced proficiency with observability tools: logs, APM, monitoring. * Experience in operational support, incident management, and RCA. * Architecture definition and technical standards establishment. ### **Required Soft Skills** * Leadership and ability to develop technical talent. * Clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and prioritization capabilities. * Critical thinking and strategic vision. * Autonomy and strong product ownership.
