Your role will be essential in gathering, analyzing, and documenting current processes, ensuring their proper adaptation and validation in the new version of Sis.Net/Axxis. You will promote collaboration and continuous improvement across all areas, joining a committed team constantly seeking operational efficiency. ***To apply for this position, you must reside in Santiago, Chile.*** ⚡️**What you will do on a daily basis:** * Gather, document, and analyze existing operational and functional processes. * Evaluate how each process will be affected by the migration and propose necessary adjustments. * Prepare training materials and provide support during transition to ensure user adoption. * Monitor the quality of migrated processes, ensuring they meet business standards and objectives. * Support users during functional testing and process documentation. * Facilitate communication and change management between different organizational areas. **⚡️If you're our rockstar, you must have:** * \+2 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and improving business processes, preferably within insurance companies. * Experience in core system migrations (ideally Sisnet/Axxis). * Knowledge in process management (BPM, mapping, continuous improvement). * Skills in documentation and functional analysis. * Proficiency with process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, ARIS). * Ability to manage stakeholders and lead requirements gathering and validation workshops.
