What will you do in this role? · Participate in the development of internal and external digital products. · Support the creation of prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and technological solutions. · Research new tools, frameworks, libraries, and emerging technologies. · Work with artificial intelligence to support development, documentation, code analysis, and improvement. · Support frontend and backend development, based on your knowledge and growth trajectory. · Learn by doing, researching, and solving real challenges. · Document progress, tests, errors, solutions, and learnings. · Be part of an environment where ideas are tested, built, and transformed into concrete solutions. This position is right for you if: · You enjoy programming—even if you’re still learning. · You’ve completed personal, university, prototype, or self-initiated projects. · You’re interested in React, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies. · You’ve used—or want to learn to use—AI tools to develop more effectively and efficiently. · You’re curious about how things work. You don’t wait for everything to be solved—you like researching, experimenting, and finding solutions. You’re motivated to be part of new, dynamic projects with ample room for learning. Desired Knowledge: · React. · JavaScript. · Python. · Node.js. · HTML / CSS. · Git / GitHub. · REST APIs. · Basic databases. · AI tools applied to software development. · Mastery of all listed items is not required. What matters most is having a solid foundation, logical thinking, curiosity, and strong motivation to learn. We especially value: · Having a GitHub profile, portfolio, or personal projects. · Having built something on your own—even if small. · Having participated in university projects, hackathons, internships, or technology labs. · Being able to explain what you built and how you learned it. · Demonstrating self-directed learning habits. · Enjoying research and building from scratch.
