Job Description At ACCIONA Energía, we are seeking a Wind Maintenance Technician to work at a Wind Farm located in the commune of Renaico, Araucanía Region, Chile. Mission: Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on all infrastructure associated with wind farms, including wind turbines, medium voltage systems, communication systems, and auxiliary equipment. Responsibilities:* Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities necessary for optimal wind farm operation and achievement of ACCIONA Energía’s production, availability, and efficiency targets. * Execute maintenance activities in strict compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and procedures. * Continuously monitor and supervise wind farm operations to achieve optimal asset performance, analyzing and resolving faults. * Propose and implement actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities. * Report required information into internal maintenance systems. * Collaborate with global and local support teams on various initiatives aimed at improving wind farm performance. * Actively participate in work planning, procedure development, and document review together with other team members. * Participate in the on-call shift system for fault response. * Supervise ACCIONA's contractors and subcontractors working at wind farms to ensure work is performed to ACCIONA's required standards of quality, safety, and environmental protection. Candidate Requirements* Graduated in technical fields (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation), or relevant to the role. * At least 2 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance roles. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Up-to-date GWO certification desirable. * Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, electromechanical equipment, electrical diagrams, instrumentation, control, and substations. * Wind farm experience desirable. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal opportunities.
