We are looking for a **waiter/waitress with experience in dining room service** and **cocktail knowledge** to strengthen our Sunday service. Your mission will be to ensure a warm, fast, and consistent experience for customers, as well as to prepare and serve classic house cocktails. Responsibilities * Greet, advise, and serve tables with focus on suggestive selling and efficient turnover * Take, enter, and verify orders accurately * Prepare basic cocktails (mojitos, sours, gin \& tonic, highballs, simple shakes) following recipes and measurements * Coordinate timing with kitchen and bar, and manage bills and payment methods * Maintain cleanliness of the area and assist with opening/closing (checklists) Requirements * Proven experience as a waiter/waitress (minimum six months) * Basic knowledge of mixology and bar service * Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and digital payment methods * Excellent customer service, organization, and ability to work under pressure * Fixed availability **only on Sundays** during the indicated hours * Skills in suggestive selling techniques and bar inventory loss control Benefits * Tips from the establishment * Respectful work environment Job type: Part-time Salary: $45\.000 per day Expected hours: 9\.5 per week Application questions: * Do you have experience as a waiter/waitress?
