Apply to this job opportunity at getonbrd.com. ### **Responsibilities** * Define and manage the regional digital product strategy, aligned with business and customer objectives. * Prioritize roadmaps, manage initiatives, dependencies, and deliveries within agile environments. * Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure product value, adoption, and profitability. * Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and create improvement plans based on data and user feedback. * Communicate progress and results to executives and cross-functional teams through executive storytelling. * Coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure high-impact delivery within timelines and budget. ### **Requirements** We are looking for a professional with a degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field, and more than 5 years of experience leading digital products at a regional level. Candidates must have experience in agile environments and digital transformation processes, with a strategic, results and data-oriented mindset. Systemic thinking, inspirational leadership, storytelling skills for decision-making, and experience managing products in regional markets will be highly valued. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, customer orientation, and the ability to influence without direct authority are required. ### **Desirables** Experience with complex digital platforms, proficiency with analytics and data tools, experience in financial or regulated environments, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
