The primary responsibility of this role is to support the general administrative functioning of the organization and project reporting. We are looking for someone able to integrate into a work team, with excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, proactivity, and learning ability. Requirements: Formal education in administration at intermediate or higher level. Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience in a public or private organization. Knowledge of basic payroll processing/salary settlement procedures. Experience in project reporting and procurement. Teamwork skills and impeccable interaction with internal and external clients. Verifiable references. Desirable: Advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with the Sisrec platform. Proficiency with administrative software such as Asana or similar.
