A healthcare organization is seeking an **RIS–PACS Systems Administrator**, responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of clinical systems supporting the delivery of radiological studies and reports. This role demands technical precision, service orientation, and strong management capabilities within a high-demand clinical environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and ensure the daily operation of **RIS–PACS systems**, managing critical tasks related to review, validation, and workflow of studies. * Provide first-line support to internal and external users, logging incidents and coordinating escalations with vendors. * Perform daily operational control tasks: correcting unverified exams, segmenting studies, reviewing OTs (Order Templates), managing PACS movements, and tracking radiologists’ workloads. * Administer system users, permissions, sites, and resources. * Coordinate maintenance activities, upgrades, integration with other systems, and interface reviews. * Manage critical results, urgent studies, and special workflows associated with teleradiology and agreements. * Ensure adherence to committed deadlines, report deviations, and support continuity of clinical services. **Requirements** * Degree as a **Medical Technologist**, preferably with experience in RIS–PACS system management. * Experience in technical support within clinical environments and handling radiological workflows. * Knowledge of PACS, RIS, integration with billing systems, and related tools. * Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure. * Availability for on-site work in Santiago. **We Are Looking For** A technically skilled, autonomous professional with a strong sense of responsibility and deep commitment to clinical service.
