All this within the framework of the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) of the institution, regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, aiming to ensure quality Early Childhood Education focused on full development, a rights-based approach, and the overall well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **EDUCATION:** **Minimum:** Professional degree as an Early Childhood Educator from a Professional Institute or University recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Guide and promote within their teams, the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, reporting promptly on conditions to ensure safe spaces for the overall well-being of all children and the educational community. * Lead and implement planning and evaluation of the teaching and learning process for children together with classroom team(s), aiming for their full development and holistic well-being. * Promote fluid communication and effective, coordinated work with the principal, territorial team, and classroom team(s), implementing initiatives that facilitate collaborative work and an inclusive, caring work environment, systematically addressing progress and opportunities for improvement in managing the assigned level. * Guide the classroom team in establishing smooth, timely, and appropriate communication channels responsive to family diversity, promoting systematic and varied family participation in the educational process and children's holistic well-being, to support joint educational efforts, coordinating with the after-school play program team when applicable. **Requirements:** Professional degree as an Early Childhood Educator from a professional institute or university Knowledge of Rights-Based Approach **Desirable:** One (1) year of experience as an Early Childhood Educator in a children's kindergarten **Offer Conditions:**
