All of this within the framework of the institution's Educational Project (PEI), regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, with the purpose of ensuring quality early childhood education focused on full development, a rights-based approach, and the comprehensive well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide and promote, within the educational community, the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the institution, promptly managing repairs or replacements to ensure safe environments for the comprehensive well-being of all children and the educational community. * Promote, manage, and monitor, together with the educational team, children's access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and educational trajectory at the institution, designing and implementing timely early intervention strategies when necessary. * Lead and monitor the preparation of teaching and learning processes, the creation of favorable environments for their implementation, and the evaluation of learning strategies and experiences, managing the necessary conditions for optimal process development. * Promote and model, among the educational team, families, and the community, an institutional culture based on respectful treatment, inclusion, collaboration, and trust, recognizing each child as a rights-holder and ensuring adherence to the pedagogical principles of Early Childhood Education, in order to guarantee the physical and psychological integrity of the entire team under supervision, including themselves, with special emphasis on children. **REQUIREMENTS:** **1\. Education:** Professional degree as Early Childhood Educator awarded by a Normal School, University, or Professional Institute of Higher Education, recognized by the Ministry of Education. Postgraduate degree or diploma in Educational Management, Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields is desirable. **2\. Professional Experience:** Two (2) years of experience. **3\. Experience in a similar role:** Four (4) years of experience in a similar position related to Early Childhood Education is desirable, with special emphasis on roles involving leadership, coordination, pedagogical management, and learning follow-up. **4\.
