**Outbound \& AI Visibility Growth Specialist (AEO \+ SEO)** ------------------------------------------------------------ We’re looking for a **hands\-on GTM Specialist** who can make our business discoverable across traditional search **and** the new wave of AI\-driven engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. If you know how to combine **outbound hustle, SEO fundamentals, and AEO (AI Engine Optimization)** to get a company noticed \- this role is for you. This is an execution\-first position: cold outreach, pitching, experimenting with AI tools, and testing new distribution tactics to put us in front of the right audience. What You’ll Do * Run **outbound campaigns**: cold email, LinkedIn, and community\-driven outreach * Build visibility via **SEO content and optimization** * Experiment with **AEO**: figuring out how to get the company featured/discovered through AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others * Secure **earned media placements** across press, blogs, and thought\-leadership outlets * Partner with *sales*/marketing to test and refine messaging What You Bring * 1–4 years in growth, outbound, or lead gen roles (or founder/operator experience) * Track record with **cold outreach and SEO campaigns** * Curiosity and experience experimenting with **AI tools, ChatGPT, or other LLMs** for visibility * Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, SEMrush, or similar tools * A “scrappy” builder mindset \- you don’t wait for playbooks, you create them
