We are looking for an organized, meticulous individual with a high level of concentration and commitment. **Main Responsibilities** * Entering accounting documents (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, receipts) into the ERP system. * Data entry and updating of financial information in Softland and/or internal systems. * Reviewing and validating data prior to registration. * Assisting in bank reconciliations by entering transaction records. * Classifying and organizing physical and digital accounting supporting documents. * Supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks and document control. * Preparing basic reports and summary tables as required by the department. * Verifying that documents comply with internal policies before entry. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (preferably technical training at intermediate or higher level in administrative/accounting fields). * Previous experience as a data entry clerk or in similar roles (1 year desirable). * **ERP Softland experience desirable** (not mandatory). * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Typing speed and accuracy. * Organized, responsible, and highly detail-oriented. **Valued Competencies** * Proactive in identifying errors or inconsistencies. * Strong organizational and information management skills. * Confidentiality in handling data. * Teamwork and effective communication. **We Offer** * Job stability in a growing company. * Positive work environment. * Internal training on accounting processes and ERP usage. * Net salary $550\.000 Job type: Full-time Salary: From $550\.000 per month
