Key Functions Design and maintain updated scheduling of payments to suppliers, payroll, and financial obligations. Execute and reconcile daily movements in bank accounts, guaranteeing consistency between accounting and bank balances. Control cash inflows and outflows, manage petty cash, and report discrepancies. Prepare and present periodic cash flow reports, projections, and variance analyses for management. Prepare and support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and accounting support. Manage custody and filing of vouchers, guarantee slips, and tax-related documents. Collaborate in the continuous improvement of accounting and treasury procedures, proposing automations or adjustments in the ERP system. Replace the Administration and Finance Manager in treasury duties during their absence, ensuring operational continuity. Skills and Competencies Attention to detail and rigor in the recording and analysis of financial data. Organization and planning skills to manage multiple due dates and payment priorities.
