





BancoEstado is looking for a Wellbeing Specialist, performing as Warehouse Manager, for its stadium located in the Metropolitan Region. **Objective:** Maintain and control warehouse stock, supplying all materials required by cleaning, kitchen, bar, dining areas, etc., with prior authorization from administration. **Functions:** Receive warehouse entries (receive from suppliers and register). Enter invoices into the inventory control system (Aloha) and deliver physical copies to the administration department. Register product withdrawals from the warehouse, including items used in the kitchen, as well as utensils, tableware, linen, office supplies, safety equipment, and cleaning supplies. Perform product transfers within the hotel system and report to administration. Carry out monthly reconciliation between the accounting system and warehouse records. Analyze losses and expiration dates. Provide information to accounting for inventory generation. Conduct periodic inventory counts. Communicate warehouse stock levels to administration and other departments. Requirements Technical education (6 semesters or more) in administration or logistics, degree granted by an institution recognized by the State. **Experience:** 3 years of experience in this role or similar positions related to the described functions.
