




At LL Consulting, we are currently seeking an IT Support professional for our key client located in Greater Concepción – Gulf of Arauco. Your main objective will be to provide technical support to users, ensuring timely and effective assistance in resolving incidents, training on technological tools, and maintaining the IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring rapid and effective response to minimize operational disruptions. * Monitoring the proper operation of systems, servers, networks, and devices by performing preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee availability and operational efficiency. * Monitoring and implementing cybersecurity measures, checking backup and antivirus status, and ensuring compliance with protocols to prevent threats and data loss. * Conducting periodic inventories of computer equipment and components, managing device configuration and updates, and ensuring their appropriate use within the organization. * Developing user manuals, documenting technical procedures, and providing employee training on technological tools and best practices to promote efficient system usage. Ideal Profile: * Professional background as a Higher Technician in Computing and Informatics or Engineering. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role within the industrial sector. * In-depth knowledge in analysis and programming. * Basic proficiency in technical English. * Strong command of the Office 365 suite. * Knowledge in database management. * Experience with data networks, IP cameras, and IP telephony. * Familiarity with helpdesk functions. * Training in cybersecurity. * Availability for administrative working hours. * Residence in Greater Concepción – Gulf of Arauco.
