Here we believe technology can change the world and make it a better place to live, promoting a culture aligned with our values: integrity, innovation, excellence, partnerships, and empowerment. **See what your day-to-day will look like:** The internal job title is: Cybersecurity Specialist Responsibilities: * Update OT network diagrams and schematics. * Provide technical support to CSIRT\-ERBB and CSIRT\-ERA regarding alerts/incidents reported from SOC. * Provide technical support to Terminal Marítimo San Vicente during maritime authority inspections on cybersecurity matters. * Execute defined cybersecurity controls such as patching and updating Operating Systems and equipment firmware, antivirus updates, and USB port blocking. * Update the list of critical equipment and the implementation status of their mitigating controls/obsolescence status/patching status/USB blocking. * Facilitate IT/OT technical communication and collaboration. * Maintain the OT cybersecurity document management system, including creating new necessary documents and updating existing ones. * Conduct and update OT cybersecurity risk assessments according to the end client's internal methodology and defined reference standards. * Define and execute specific action plans for risk management and control implementation, whether existing or new. * Prepare OT cybersecurity presentations and talks on threats and vulnerabilities for the end client's personnel, both technical staff and general audience. * Generate cybersecurity reports and documentation defined as part of the record templates associated with OT Cybersecurity Standards. * Support internal and external audits involving OT cybersecurity scope. * Prepare evidence required during the biannual compliance assessment processes of the OT Cybersecurity Standard established by the Coordinador Eléctrico Nacional (CEN). Specific knowledge: * Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems: Support information retrieval from IDS and management of alerts and incidents. * Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems: Focus on patching and hardening. * Knowledge of Network Management Systems: Support in managing and operating various network management systems. * Knowledge of Microsoft Systems: Specifically Office 3651\. * Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems: Solutions from Honeywell (Experion PKS, TDC300\) and Rockwell Automation (Factory Talk). Not mandatory for specific systems, but must understand OT infrastructures. * Knowledge of SCADA Systems: Such as GE Cimplicity, Spectrum, and Wonderware Intouch.
