Job Summary: Human Resources Analyst to manage and support key processes including personnel administration, hiring, recruitment, and document control. Key Highlights: 1. Employee assistance and guidance Ferrostaal Chile S.A.C. is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join its various projects in the city of Concepción. The primary mission of this position is to manage and support diverse Human Resources processes, including personnel administration, hiring, accreditation, recruitment and selection, document control, employee assistance and support, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, current labor regulations, quality standards, safety requirements, and those established by Ferrostaal and the client. Key responsibilities include: * Personnel administration * Manage employment contracts, addenda, renewals, severance agreements, vacations, medical leaves, permits, and other employee-related documentation. * Recruitment and selection * Support job posting, resume screening, candidate contact, interview coordination, evaluations, and tracking of selection processes. * Hiring and accreditation * Collect, review, and validate required documentation for hiring, onboarding, and worker accreditation at client projects, sites, or facilities. * Attendance and payroll control * Review attendance records, shifts, overtime hours, absences, and personnel updates, providing timely information for payroll processing. * Employee assistance and guidance * Respond to inquiries regarding contracts, benefits, compensation, permits, documentation, and internal Human Resources procedures. * Document management and reporting * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files, databases, Human Resources platforms, and management reports. * Labor compliance and internal procedures * Support compliance with current labor legislation, internal policies, audits, and documentary requirements from both the company and the client. * Training and development * Coordinate registrations, documentation, attendance, and follow-up for training sessions, inductions, and organizational development activities. ### **Job Requirements:** * Professional or technical university degree in Psychology, Human Resources Administration Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources Technician, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or personnel administration roles. * Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation and hiring processes. * Experience in document control, accreditation, attendance management, and payroll support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Prior experience with Human Resources platforms, recruitment systems, labor control tools, or accreditation systems is desirable. * Experience in service companies, construction, mining, industrial projects, or infrastructure works is desirable. * Willingness to work in-office and conduct on-site tasks as required. * We seek proactive individuals with strong organizational skills, service orientation, and the ability to resolve operational contingencies on-site.
