Requirements * Professional degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Economics, or a related field. * Prior experience in managerial or executive leadership roles. * Experience in operations management, strategic planning, and administration. * Knowledge of financial management and budgeting. * Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions. * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Results-oriented mindset and strategic vision. * Proficiency in management tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * ERP system and management analytics tool experience is preferred.
