Position Summary: Air Products Chile seeks an Operator for cylinder filling and production processes, ensuring quality control, safety standards, and operational commitment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute cylinder filling processes with compressed or liquefied gases. 2. Monitor and record production in systems (SAP / PACT). 3. Comply with ISO, BPM, BPA, and SHEQ standards. We are currently seeking a CYLINDER FILLING OPERATOR – TALCAHUANO Key Responsibilities: * Execute production and cylinder filling processes with compressed or liquefied gases according to work instructions. * Conduct equipment and facility inspections, supporting autonomous maintenance. * Perform and/or verify production quality control as detailed in operations management instructions. * Monitor and record production in systems (SAP / PACT), ensuring accurate traceability. * Support cylinder and container inventory activities. * Comply with the company’s ISO, BPM, BPA, and SHEQ standards. * Support additional operational tasks such as truck loading and unloading when required. ### **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (4th year of high school). Technical training (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related fields) is valued. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production processes or industrial areas. * Basic knowledge of SAP. * Proficiency in Office tools (email, Word). * Ability to read technical drawings (preferred). * Class D driver’s license (preferred). ### **Position Conditions:** * Working hours: + Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 16:30 hrs. * Availability for occasional summer replacements (Temuco or Talca, approximately 3 weeks per year). ### **Key Competencies:** * Safety and quality orientation * Teamwork and collaboration * Planning and problem-solving ability * Operational responsibility and commitment * Safety and integrity At Air Products, we promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
