If you’re passionate about ensuring software quality, improving testing processes, and contributing to continuous delivery in Salesforce ecosystems, this might be the opportunity for you. **Start date**: October/November 2025 **Contract type**: Contractor, 100% Remote **Work hours**: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm **UK Time** \- *At least 6 hours of overlap are expected* **️ What You’ll Be Doing** -------------------------- * Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and regression suites to ensure product quality across Salesforce applications and APIs. * Collaborate with Digital scrum teams to plan, estimate, and verify user stories and acceptance criteria, driving high\-quality delivery. * Identify, document, and track bugs or production issues, performing root cause analysis to support rapid resolution. * Test user interfaces for browser and device compatibility, as well as APIs, ensuring end\-to\-end functionality and reliability. * Contribute to QA standards and continuous improvement by researching tools, frameworks, and evolving industry practices. **✅ What You Need to Succeed** ------------------------------ ### **Must\-haves** * 3\+ years of experience in creating and implementing test plans, strategies, and test scripts. * Proven hands\-on experience testing Salesforce applications and components, including Apex code. * Strong knowledge of manual QA processes, defect management, and tools such as TestRail, TestNG, HP Quality Center, Azure DevOps, etc. * Familiarity with REST API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI). * Solid database querying skills (SQL) and ability to support data\-driven testing. * Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. * Advanced English level (written and spoken). ### **Nice\-to\-haves** * Background in a programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, .Net, C\#). * Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps. * Exposure to Angular, React, Power BI, or Power Platform. * QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent). * Ability to communicate in Spanish. **Our Recruitment Process** --------------------------- Here’s what to expect from our candidate\-friendly interview process: * **Initial Interview** – 60 minutes with our Talent Acquisition Specialist * **Culture Fit** – 30 minutes with our Team Engagement Manager * **Technical Assessment** – Online Challenge/Multiple Choice Questionnaire * **Final Stage** – 60 minutes with the Hiring Manager **Why Join Launchpad?** ----------------------- We believe that great work starts with great people.
