At ENERSOLUTIONS, a leading company in lubrication and maintenance solutions for lifting equipment, we are currently looking for a Mechanical Technical Assistant to join our team. We seek responsible, proactive, organized individuals with a strong commitment to work quality. Key responsibilities: \- Provide direct support to the Mechanical Supervisor in maintenance activities. \- Perform oil and lubricant draining and refilling tasks. \- Carry out flushing, disassembly, maintenance, and reassembly of mechanical components. \- Conduct basic measurements (temperature and operational conditions) of equipment. \- Support field-based equipment inspection and diagnostics. Requirements: \- Technical degree in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electromechanics. \- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (mandatory). \- Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory). \- Availability for fieldwork both within and outside the region (mandatory).
