Certification: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) – Highly desirable. **Technical Expertise:** Proficiency with REFramework (non-negotiable). Advanced handling of Selectors, UI Explorer, and Object Descriptors. Knowledge of .NET (C# or VB.NET) for invoking custom code.
