The primary mission of the Integrated Executive is to execute commercial actions focused on selling retail banking products and services, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels, with the purpose of contributing to a memorable service experience and the agile resolution of customer needs, thereby achieving the business unit's and personal commercial results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Execute commercial onboarding of customers via digital channels. * Educate and digitally train customers throughout their journey of purchasing commercial products and servicing. * Advise on available financial products according to customer needs. * Execute referrals to specialist areas and defined self-service channels based on customer needs (Investments, Private Site Chat Insurance, Mortgage). * Manage assigned campaigns for the sale of different financial products (Consumer Loans, Current Account Plans, Risk and Collections, Mortgage Loans). To succeed in this position, you need: * Degree in a field related to finance. * At least one year of experience in a commercial area involving portfolio management and financial operations, along with customer service responsibilities. * Knowledge of internal policies and external regulations. * Familiarity with digital channels and digital sales advisory. * Knowledge of financial products associated with the retail segment. * Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
