




Our client is a European construction and infrastructure management company. It operates in over 50 countries and has several contracts in Chile across various construction disciplines. They have been awarded multiple infrastructure projects, so they are currently seeking, among others, a **Contract Manager** responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual requirements from both internal resources and various subcontractors (including the Main Contractor), service providers, and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: * Managing contract scope and execution with the client. * Monitoring contract milestones. * Maintaining client relations and communication. * Ensuring adherence to established timelines. * Analyzing contractual documents. * Monitoring project risks. * Providing technical advice to the project department and Site Manager on matters related to the client. * Preparing technical and contractual reports. The candidate must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction (or related field), with at least 8 years of experience since graduation and 5 years in a similar role. The candidate must be willing to work on-site and have proven experience in large-scale **Concessioned Projects**. Experience dealing with MOP as a counterpart is essential, and familiarity with DGOP and/or DGC contracts is highly desirable.
