Job Summary: Communications professional with up to 2 years of experience to execute and implement the internal communication strategy and strengthen organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Measure and analyze the impact of communication initiatives. **Job Description** ---------------------- Are you motivated by collaboration, challenging the status quo, and growing with purpose? 1\.\- Purpose: * Execute and implement the internal communication strategy aligned with the corporate narrative to strengthen organizational culture and keep Entel employees informed about the company’s objectives and key milestones. 2\.\- Key Responsibilities: * Plan and execute internal communication plans according to the organization’s internal stakeholders’ needs. * Create, produce, and coordinate audiovisual content (corporate videos, internal capsules, multimedia assets, live streaming, etc.). * Support the coordination and production of internal events. * Manage and update internal channels (Viva Engage, digital signage, email campaigns, digital platforms). * Measure and analyze the impact of internal communication initiatives, proposing continuous improvements. 3\.\- Technical Competencies * Education: University Degree: Graduate in Journalism, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, or related field (Mandatory) Years of Experience: Maximum 2 years of experience. * Knowledge (specific requirements): Knowledge of traditional and digital media. Event planning knowledge. Content writing tailored to diverse target audiences (Mandatory) Audiovisual knowledge (Mandatory) * Other Required Competencies: Proactivity Innovation Leadership Vendor management capability. Communication skills.
