The purpose of this position is to execute optimization projects at the Oncology Institute, contributing to the accurate delivery of information, economic studies, business unit modeling, and systems analysis—supporting the continuous improvement of FALP’s clinical services. Regarding position conditions, it entails a 40-hour workweek: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM, under a hybrid work modality. To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements: Academic Qualification: Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering. Training: Additional studies in Project Management, Processes, Technology, and/or Data are desirable. Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in management control, continuous improvement, or similar roles. Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
