Rajtattva Engineering Chile, a leading consultancy in structural design, geotechnical analysis, and sustainable project‑management, is seeking an experienced **Construction Manager** to oversee residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects throughout the country. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. * Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews; conduct daily briefings and safety meetings. * Interpret and enforce design drawings, specifications, and engineering plans prepared by our in‑house team. * Manage project documentation, progress reports, and change orders; update schedule and cost forecasts. * Conduct regular site inspections, monitor compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability guidelines. * Resolve technical issues, coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. * Implement and enforce rigorous health‑and‑safety protocols; promote a culture of zero‑harm on site. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). * Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing construction projects in Chile, preferably in multi‑disciplinary engineering environments. * Proven track record delivering medium‑to‑large scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects on time and within budget. * Strong knowledge of Chilean construction codes, labor regulations, and sustainable building practices. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills; ability to motivate diverse teams. * Proficiency with project‑management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, BIM 360\) and Microsoft Office suite. * Fluent Spanish (native or professional proficiency) and functional English. * Valid Chilean driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites nationwide. **Compensation** * Hourly rate: **9,500 – 12,700 CLP** (commensurate with experience and qualifications). **How** **to** **Apply** Send your resume, a cover letter highlighting relevant project experience, and any professional certifications to **ankitag@rajtattva.com**.
