Diagnosis and repair of damaged bus components. 2. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Analysis and inspection of components. A major public transportation entity is seeking a full-time Component Technician – Cerro Navia. Job Objective: Ensure the highest level of quality and reliability in the bus's integral components. Approximate net salary: $962\.000 Available shifts: Rotating (6x1 or 5x2\): AM (09:00 to 18:00\) and PM (22:00 to 07:00\). Initial fixed-term contract. Main responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair damaged integral bus components. • Execute periodic preventive and corrective maintenance guidelines for bus systems. • Analyze rejected components. • Report and inspect warranty-covered components. Requirements: • Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field (non-exclusive). • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a diesel mechanical technician or in heavy machinery. • Experience in disassembly, repair, and testing of components. • Positions covered under the Inclusion Law.
