Job Summary: Brinks is seeking an Equipment Monitoring Operator for telephone technical support, managing faults and requirements from internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of reports and analysis of reports Brinks, a cash-in-transit company, requires a professional with experience in Call Center / Help Desk to fill the position of Equipment Monitoring Operator. The incumbent will provide telephone-based technical support for equipment installed at our clients’ premises, resolving potential faults and client requirements. · Key responsibilities include: · - Verify and identify fault and product service management processes within company systems; perform activation, tracking, and execution; report to and manage internal and external customers. - Record mass and special maintenance services for our customers. - Prepare reports on equipment faults resolved through technical support. - Conduct monthly analysis of reports. · Working Conditions: On-site work in Huechuraba commune · Requirements: - Completed secondary education or technical/professional qualification. - 1 year of experience in Call Center or customer service. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts (5x2) (6x1).-Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary Education C.H. / Technical 1 year of experience
