Job Summary: We are seeking a Collection Communication Analyst to manage and execute collection communication dispatches, ensuring proper preparation of information and contributing to process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and executes collection communication dispatch processes. 2. Ensures accurate acquisition and integration of collection information. 3. Contributes to the efficiency of the collection and debt recovery process. We are seeking a Collection Communication Analyst (Excel and SQL). Position Objective: Manage and execute collection communication dispatch processes, ensuring accurate acquisition, integration, and preparation of information from collection systems and databases for loading into Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Contribute to collection process efficiency through timely, accurate, and debt-recovery-oriented communications. Strong hands-on SQL skills for data extraction, querying, and validation. * Proficiency in Excel for analysis, data cleansing, and information preparation.
