The **Lead** position is responsible for managing and organizing resources to execute daily operational tasks, guiding and leading the operational team to achieve objectives and meet performance indicators, while ensuring area processes are carried out correctly and in compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate the workforce to execute operational processes within receiving, shipping, and product location areas. * Design solutions for area process deviations, ensuring achievement of operational performance indicators. * Monitor and control necessary supplies required to conduct operations. * Generate and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators both internally and to the customer. * Promote a culture of health and safety, following protocols established by the Safety department. * Report equipment damage (office equipment, freight, loading equipment, facilities, or tools) to the supervisor. * Ensure all physical movements (receiving, shipping, returns, transfers, etc.) are accurately reflected in the system. * Respond to and follow up on operational issues affecting customer service. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading operations within distribution centers. * Experience with a WMS system. * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools, and ability to interpret and analyze operational results. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. **GXO Logistics** is an equal opportunity employer for candidates seeking to join our team.
