Our hotel is one of the city’s most exciting culinary destinations—with an authentic Nikkei dining experience at Matsuri, Italian flavors at Senso, and light snacks and beverages at Atrium Lobby Lounge. **About the Role** * Mandarin Oriental, Santiago seeks the best Bartender for its F\&B Service department, who will be responsible for guest service in a friendly manner and in accordance with established execution standards. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Prepare beverages according to established standard recipes. * Serve beverages in accordance with established execution standards. * Handle all guest requests efficiently, courteously, and warmly. * Daily requisition of beverages and liquors according to the prescribed par stock levels. * Daily removal and inspection—at least once per day—of empty containers and the container collection area, ensuring orderly placement. * Maintain all operational equipment within the outlet to minimize breakage. * Be accountable for funds issued, as well as cash and valuables received from guests during your shift. * Accurately collect and account for all sales revenue. * Promptly post all charges to guest folios after verifying that the guest’s signature is legible and correct. * Identify and correct any errors.
