Position Summary: Lead and supervise strategic and operational projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, budget, scope, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the overall project management strategy. 2. Direct projects from planning through to closure and evaluation. 3. Supervise multidisciplinary teams and manage resources. **Job Objective:** Lead and supervise the planning, execution, and closure of strategic and operational projects, ensuring compliance with organizational objectives, deadlines, budget, scope, and quality standards. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the overall project management strategy. * Direct projects from the planning stage through to closure and final evaluation. * Establish objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. * Supervise multidisciplinary teams and allocate resources according to each project’s needs. * Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives. * Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may affect projects. * Control project budgets, costs, and financial resources. * Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. * Prepare and present executive reports on progress, outcomes, costs, and risks. * Implement project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency. * Resolve conflicts and make timely decisions to maintain project continuity. * Supervise procurement, acquisition, and supplier management processes related to projects. * Evaluate project outcomes and develop continuous improvement actions. * Lead follow-up meetings and ensure effective communication among involved parties. * Manage changes to scope, schedule, and budget, assessing their impact prior to approval. * Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compliance within project teams. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. * Solid experience in directing and managing medium- and large-scale projects. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects. * Advanced knowledge of planning, cost control, risk management, and resource administration. * Proficiency with project management tools such as **Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira**, or equivalent. * PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is desirable. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to make strategic decisions and resolve complex problems. * Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure. * Fluency in Spanish and English, preferably.
