Position Summary: Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning solutions to automate processes, improve decision-making, and generate value. Key Highlights: 1. MLOps implementation and model monitoring **Job Objective:** Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning-based solutions to automate processes, improve decision-making, and generate organizational value. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models. * Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. * Develop and optimize **Machine Learning and Deep Learning** models. * Implement Natural Language Processing **(NLP)**, computer vision, or generative AI solutions according to business needs. * Prepare, clean, and transform data for model training and validation. * Evaluate AI model performance, accuracy, and scalability. * Integrate AI models with applications, platforms, and enterprise systems. * Collaborate with Software Engineering, Data, Product, and Business teams to develop technological solutions. * Implement **MLOps** practices to automate model training, deployment, monitoring, and updating. * Monitor model performance and perform adjustments to maintain accuracy and reliability. * Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI technologies. * Research new AI tools, algorithms, and technologies and assess their applicability within the organization. * Ensure best practices in security, privacy, ethics, and responsible AI usage. * Document models, processes, methodologies, and technical results. * Prepare reports and presentations to communicate technical results to specialized teams and business units. * Provide technical support and guidance to other professionals on AI-related projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. * Practical experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. * Solid knowledge of **Python** and libraries such as **TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-learn**, or equivalents. * Experience in data processing and analysis. * Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms. * Knowledge of databases and data processing technologies. * Cloud-based AI service experience (e.g., **AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud**) is desirable. * Experience in generative AI, language models, and natural language processing is desirable. * Knowledge of **MLOps, APIs, Docker, and version control systems**. * Strong analytical ability and excellent problem-solving skills for complex challenges. * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in Spanish and technical English.
