We're small enough that your code ships fast and your decisions matter, and Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT) backs us so the problems stay real\-scale. ### **About This Role** We're hiring a senior full\-stack engineer focused on ERP integrations as the core of the role. You own real problems end\-to\-end and shape how the team builds, from API design and frontend experience through to backend services, production reliability, and launch. You already use AI as part of how you think, build, test, and ship. You'll write code that moves money in production, design the ERP integrations and customer\-facing features the platform runs on, and lead delivery of new capability as Xe rebuilds its platform layer. Your squad owns the in\-product workflows Xe runs inside Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (F\&O), and Xero, and the accounting orchestration layer behind them. You'll work in a small engineering team with direct access to product, design, and compliance, own architecture in your domain, lead design reviews, mentor mid\-level engineers, and partner with architects and team leads on cross\-domain decisions. ### **What You'll Do** * Design and own the ERP integration APIs and plugins that connect Xe to the accounting platforms businesses run (Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (F\&O), and Xero), across capabilities like multi\-currency accounts and balances, vendor validation, and payment error handling. * Lead delivery of customer\-facing features that businesses use every day, across ERP onboarding, KYB verification, multi\-currency accounts, payment initiation, and other supporting flows. * Own production health for your domain, including reliability, observability, on\-call, and incident response. * Lead cross\-functional delivery with product, design, and compliance from problem framing through launch. * Lead design reviews, set technical direction for your domain, and mentor mid\-level engineers. * Use agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) daily across the SDLC, and lead modernization from legacy services into the modern stack alongside architects and team leads in your domain. ### **What We're Looking For** **Must\-have** * 6 to 10\+ years building production web applications, end\-to\-end. * Strong frontend proficiency with Vue.js, React, or equivalent. * Strong backend proficiency in C\# / .NET preferred; other OOP languages welcome (Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent). * Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals. * Writing and maintaining tests as part of how you ship. * Daily use of agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent) across the SDLC. * Production experience on AWS, including hands\-on deployment, CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices, and native services such as SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, and Lambda. * Strong system design and architecture experience, including service\-oriented or microservices and event\-driven patterns. * Payments, FX, or regulated\-industry experience. * Track record of technical leadership: mentoring engineers, leading design reviews, and making architecture decisions in your domain. * Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and design. **Nice\-to\-have** * Experience with ERP integrations (Sage, Business Central, Dynamics 365 F\&O, or Xero). * Frontend fundamentals: responsive design, accessibility, web performance, and internationalization. * Experience leading front\-end or platform modernization and migrations. * Experience with caching solutions like Memcached or Redis. * Experience using project management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence. * Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno. * Writing automated tests alongside development with AI tools (Claude Code or equivalent). * Familiarity with other parts of Xe's tech stack, such as Salesforce or Oracle SQL. ### **Perks \& Benefits** * Free Life Insurance * Supplemental Medical \& Dental Insurance * Internal emergency loans * Birthday day off * Various discounts via Caja Los Andes * Euronet stock purchase (quarterly option) * Remittance service with no commission for immediate family * Annual salary reviews * Agreement with Smart Fit (Gym) We want Xe to be a great place to work and to ensure that our communities are represented across our workforce.
