At Rexroth, we are seeking a student with interest in data analysis, automation, and continuous improvement to join our Finance team—someone eager to actively participate in projects with direct impact on the company’s financial management. **Job Description** What will you do? * Develop and optimize reports and KPIs for the Finance department. * Support process automation and data analysis initiatives. * Create and maintain Power BI dashboards. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and administrative processes. * Participate in analyses related to fixed costs, transfer pricing, and profitability. * Support consolidation, data cleaning, and visualization for decision-making. * Collaborate on digital transformation and continuous improvement projects within the department. **Requirements** What are we looking for? * Student pursuing a degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Valid student insurance. * Interest in data analysis, automation, and process improvement. * Proficiency in Excel and information analysis tools. * Power BI experience is desirable. * Knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar tools is desirable. * Availability to complete a 6-month professional internship. * We would love to find someone who stands out in: * Analytical thinking. * Curiosity to learn new tools and technologies. * Proactivity and initiative. * Ability to work independently. * Organization and planning skills. * Enthusiasm for creating impact through data. **Additional Information** What do we offer? * Participation in real-world projects with business impact. * Learning in financial analysis and process automation. * Exposure to Business Intelligence and data analysis tools. * Professional development in a dynamic and collaborative environment. * Internship stipend. * On-site work at our Pudahuel offices.
