A prominent company in the energy sector is seeking a packaging operator for its Maipú branch. Objectives: Manage fulfillment of the production plan through technical execution of packaging processes for lubricants, greases, and coolants, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures to achieve the plant’s strategic objectives. Main Functions: \- Execute production planning across various filling lines, processing lubricants, greases, and industrial fluids in accordance with standard operating procedures and management directives.\- Operate technical equipment for packaging and sealing of oils, deionized water, urea solutions, and refrigerant mixtures, ensuring each product meets the technical parameters defined by the plant.\- Coordinate and execute loading maneuvers for dispatch of finished products and receipt of raw materials and supplies, guaranteeing material integrity and logistical flow within the area.\- Carry out transportation of empty containers and finished products using manual pallet jacks, ensuring timely supply to production lines and proper inventory placement in storage zones.\- Proactively identify and report deviations, mechanical failures, or operational difficulties to direct supervision, enabling implementation of preventive measures to avoid disruptions in the production chain.\- Ensure order and technical cleanliness of the work area, removing waste or contaminants to guarantee a safe, efficient working environment aligned with quality protocols. Offered: \- Salary: $650\.000 CLP (net).\- Work location: Maipú\- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 Requirements: \- 1 year of experience in packaging processes.\- Knowledge of operational packaging of chemical products.\- Technical professional background relevant to the position (high school level).
