At ConeTec, we solve geotechnical investigation challenges through the collection, analysis, and delivery of high-quality technical information, and we are currently seeking a Commercial Engineer responsible for managing and preparing technical-commercial proposals, supporting the strengthening of customer relationships to ensure successful operational continuity. The candidate will also support the pursuit of new opportunities by establishing and improving relationships with customers and partners for the implementation of new techniques that enhance previously achieved business results. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and present project proposals and quotations * Implement and manage operational plans and projects * Ensure the implementation of bidding strategies * Estimate time, resources, materials, financial requirements, and personnel needed for operational development * Provide technical support to field and office staff **Other responsibilities include** * Monitor and track each phase of the project * Maintain contact with existing customers and identify new clients within current and new markets * Plan, manage, and control resources and tasks required to execute a project **Business Development** * Conduct meetings and presentations with existing and potential customers to inform them about ConeTec's services * Foster strong customer relationships; engage in discussions with clients regarding site investigations and data needs * Ensure customer satisfaction * Provide reliable feedback, opinions, and after-sales support **REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE** **Experience Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including prior fieldwork and project management experience * Demonstrable work experience as a sales executive or in a related role * Market knowledge * Communication and negotiation skills **Education Requirements** * University graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Geology, or related fields. **Technical Skills Requirements** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 * Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct meetings and presentations, prepare written reports, and training materials. **Desirable** * Fluency in English/Portuguese/French * Availability to travel domestically and internationally **ConeTec is an equal opportunity employer.** All applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, disability, or any other status protected by applicable legislation.
