Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Analytics and Data Science intern to transform technical data into actionable insights for operations and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop automated indicators and reports. 2. Identify patterns and abnormal operating conditions. 3. Support the creation of data-driven preventive alerts. At **Lureye**, we aim to onboard an **Operational Analytics and Data Science intern** to support the development of indicators, reports, and analysis of information sourced from our equipment monitoring platform. The internship will focus on working with operational data available via **WebSupervisor**, with the goal of transforming technical information into actionable insights for operations, failure prevention, and decision-making. **Main internship challenges:** * Extract, sort, and structure data from the WebSupervisor API. * Analyze operational variables and behavior of monitored equipment. * Develop automated indicators and reports. * Identify patterns, deviations, and potential abnormal operating conditions. * Support the creation of data-driven preventive alerts. * Generate structured databases for historical and predictive analysis. * Identify opportunities to integrate information with internal systems. **We seek students pursuing degrees such as:** * Data Science Engineering. * Statistics Engineering. * Industrial Civil Engineering with a focus on data analytics. * Management Control Engineering. * Mathematical Engineering or related fields. * Other disciplines with a strong orientation toward applied operational data analysis. **Desired knowledge and skills:** * Python. * Database management. * Consumption of REST APIs. * Advanced Excel. * Power BI, Looker Studio, or other visualization tools. * Interest in operational data, equipment monitoring, continuous improvement, and business-oriented analysis. **Department:** Operations / Support and Monitoring **Internship Type:** Professional
