Main Responsibilities * Support coordination and field monitoring of facility-related activities. * Monitor physical progress, constraints, and milestone achievement. * Manage and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, drawings, and project records. * Identify and report interferences among disciplines (electrical, mechanical, sanitary, ventilation, architecture, and civil works). * Verify use of current drawings and compliance with technical instructions on site. * Support workfront release and coordination with subcontractors and support departments. * Conduct technical surveys, photographic records, and progress reports. * Update tracking matrices for constraints, observations, and critical materials. * Support inspections, testing, quality protocols, and acceptance of work packages. * Collaborate in controlling materials, equipment, and tools required for facility execution. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during site activities. Educational Requirements * Technical Diploma in Construction. * Technical Diploma in Electrical, Sanitary, or Mechanical Installations. * Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering. * Civil Construction. * Execution Engineering related to civil works or installations. * Related disciplines. Experience * 2–4 years of experience in technical support, installations, production, technical office, or construction coordination roles. * Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial assembly, or installation projects. * Preferred experience in large-scale projects, urban infrastructure, EPC projects, mining, hospitals, or metro systems. Technical Knowledge * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Monitoring of physical construction progress. * Coordination of installation disciplines. * Management and detection of interferences. * Technical documentation management. * Control of materials, equipment, and resources. * Knowledge of construction safety and field work practices. Tools and Software * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). * Intermediate user-level proficiency in AutoCAD. * Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, or BIM platforms is desirable. * Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera P6 is desirable. * Familiarity with Power BI is desirable. * Experience with document management platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex, BIM 360, or similar is desirable.
