Job Summary: The Specialized Technical Administrative Officer will be responsible for executing control, monitoring, productivity measurement, and technical-operational support activities at AFP ProVida. Coordinate with operational teams for information collection and validation **The Specialized Technical Administrative Officer** will be responsible for executing control, monitoring, productivity measurement, and technical\-operational support activities within the Operations Management division of AFP ProVida in Chile, contributing to the generation of reliable information for management and the efficient execution of operational processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively participate in operational performance management through the monitoring and analysis of key indicators. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the monitoring and control of operational indicators associated with area processes. * Create management reports and metrics to support operational performance monitoring. * Supervise the quality and consistency of information used for area management. * Manage control, compliance tracking, and specialized administrative support activities. * Develop productivity analysis and improvement proposals to strengthen operational efficiency. * Coordinate with operational teams for information collection and validation for reporting and management control. **Mandatory Requirements** * Higher-level technical degree in Administration, Management Control, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. * Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (Excel or other management platforms). * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational skills, rigor, and commitment to meeting deadlines. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in management control or operational support. * Knowledge of productivity and quality indicators. * Experience in pension, financial, or service operations. * Ability to identify process and control improvement opportunities.
