We want someone proactive, organized, and experienced in transportation and logistics administration, motivated to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company. Key responsibilities: Validation of driver documentation (technical inspection reports, circulation permits, insurance policies, crew data, and invoicing information). Providing close, high-quality support to drivers during onboarding, ensuring clarity and transparency regarding service terms. Coordinating GPS installation with suppliers, ensuring timely availability and deadline compliance. Maintaining and updating the internal driver database, guaranteeing data reliability. Proposing and implementing initiatives aimed at driver retention and loyalty. Entering data into internal platforms (ERP and fleet management systems). We value and respect diversity.
