Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge for a residential building to handle building security, access control, equipment maintenance, mail and package reception, and resident assistance. Fill\-Lif is looking for concierges for various communes in the Metropolitan Region, for residential buildings, whose main responsibilities will include: * Building security and access control. * Monitoring proper operation of building equipment. * Receiving mail and packages. * Guiding maintenance company personnel during their visits. * Registering visitors and announcing their arrival. * Managing visitor parking spaces. * Monitoring surveillance cameras. * Addressing resident inquiries or forwarding them to management. * Recording relevant incidents in the logbook (incident register). * Leading evacuations and assisting others in case of emergencies.
