We want you to be a key advisor in investment decisions, tenders, and projects—driving business growth and market share. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the planning and execution of account plans, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives and profitability. * Build lasting relationships, anticipate customer needs, and deliver value-creating solutions. * Identify, lead, and close business opportunities, managing all activities within the CRM system. * Coordinate internal resources (sales, service, engineering) to execute account plans. * Propose solutions and negotiate prices and timelines within authorized margins. * Participate in global account plans and share strategic information with international teams. * Ensure safety and well-being across all activities. YOUR PROFILE: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within the mining machinery industry (mandatory). * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (mandatory). * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES: * Account management and client portfolio development. * Advanced negotiation and closing of strategic agreements. * Consultative selling and results orientation. * Networking within the mining industry. * Technical knowledge of equipment, components, and tools (Rock Tools). * Intensive use of CRM systems and commercial data management. * Technical-economic evaluation of projects. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness to travel or relocate. * Class B driver’s license with minimum 3 years’ validity (mandatory). * Residence in Santiago (desirable).
