Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ **Job Description** * Responsible for the Accommodation area * Organizes purchases for the area, as well as all necessary infrastructure for the involved staff. * Responsible for defining and controlling the budget. * Defines quality parameters for all acquisitions. * Leads coordination of promotional programs for its products, services, and solutions offered to the general public. * Supervises hotel performance by department, guiding applicable preventive/corrective actions together with responsible managers, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction. * Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and contractual matters (shifts, attendance, overtime, vacations, etc.) for their team. Along with supervising and coordinating team members to deliver service in accordance with brand standards.
